How did the 2014 mandate change the media

Is the Indian media really crawling when asked to bow down? Is the value of Indian media really related to the earnings of just 30 to 35 thousand crores? Are you sure you have done business to close the media or stop the business? Whatever it is, but you have to go back 4 years before you can find the answers to these questions. When the mandate gave the situation to a person who changed the definition of democracy. That is, before this democracy did not derail, the mandate went in that direction.

Noting Down Important Things

Remember emergency Remember Bofors. Remember the politics of Mandal-Kamandal. The demolition of the Babri Masjid in the laboratory of Hindutva. But 2014 was the opposite. Because before this there were issues in all the rounds, but there was no issue behind the mandate of 2014 but there was such a dazzling dream of development and a claim to improve every bad situation of the past which was on the shoulder of corporate funding.

The expenditure incurred in the elections of 1996, 1998, 1999, 2004, 2009, including all those, is more than what was done in the 2014 elections. If the Election Commission spent more than 30 billion rupees, then more than that of BJP. And that too only to make a person such a face of the country, in front of which not only the leader but also his party should be reduced. And exactly the same happened. Not only the Congress or the satrap, the ruling BJP itself and the parent organization of the BJP, the RSS, also dwarfed this person. Because the mandate that made Narendra Modi sit on the Prime Minister’s chair was not only the traditional votes of the anti-Congress but also the Dalit-Muslim and OBC votes.

It was the first time since 1977 that every section-community-sect ended its streak of being a vote bank. And for the first time, the hopes of the public were also hitting Kulanche, and the declaration of Modi government was also flying. SIT was formed to bring back black money. The Supreme Court will take action against tainted MPs soon, the elected government claimed. The slogan of Na khoona na khoonayega was raised as if crony capitalism and brokerage in the political corridor will end.

From the opening of the bundle of relief and facilities to every section including student-farmer-laborer-woman, there is talk of betterment of society at the fringe And all these were not separate ministers of the government, but the only super minister i.e. the Prime Minister. He was saying that he is the Prime Minister and not the Prime Minister. The magic continued, and in showing this magic, that media was also lost. The media whose eyes should have been kept open. So the picture of the country has been this for four years. Prime Minister Modi kept speaking. The media kept on showing. The audience kept watching. Everything was magical For the first three years, Modi dominated the screens of magic news channels. But keeping in step for the fourth year, the magic of the Modi government started coming down and the Modi policy started to look weak. In four years, 106 schemes were declared lost only in the figures of achievements through power.

For example there is unemployment but the government said that the Mudra scheme provided 70 lakh jobs in a year. Twenty million youth benefitted from start up. One and a half crore students benefited from Skill India. But the ground truth was so weak about every scheme that while reporting from ground zero, only the government beneficiaries of the government schemes started telling them that they did not get any benefit. And in this episode, surgical strike, demonetisation and GST also boomeranged. But the government wanted to give news of its achievements only.

And with that, three more truths also came to light. First, how media is not more than any business. Second, whether or not there will be profit in the business, the power has taken possession of it. Third, the one who showed courage was suppressed by Alania. That is, the message was clear. People want to know / see the truth. And if the TRP is increasing, then the revenue from advertising will also increase.

If the TRP increases due to gross reporting on the policies of the government, then it is a danger bell not only for the Modi government but also for the ruling party. Because there is only 8 months left in the general election. And on such an occasion it would be difficult if the media started doing ground reporting instead of being sanguine. Because the PM has a face at stake. So, the news channel should consider itself as a business house, its board did not just stick to the advertisement of corporate or companies, but the budget of political propaganda became so much that everyone lost in profits.

On the one hand, the business of advertising of about two thousand crores of rupees in India is for national news channels and the top five news channels only earns one and a half crores of rupees, in which number one and two earns about nine hundred crores. On the other hand, the budget of publicity from the Central Government to the states has been more than 30,000 crores at present. All this loot is or is it political bargaining.

Power Of Advertisement

If not connected to the promotion of power on one side, then the business will collapse. And if you join with power, there will be a lot of profit. This new picture is of the increasing budget for the promotion of power. Because the face of government advertisements has also been changed in this period, unlike the advertisements of private companies. The budget for government advertising through DAVP is just one thousand crores. But the governments of all the states, including the Center, have raised their publicity budget from 500 crores to five thousand crores. And the situation became such that the news channels would make advertisements, only the news channels would sell themselves. And the government’s advertisements ran on the screens of news channels themselves. The largest budget in this state is that of Uttar Pradesh, the largest state in India. Which annually up to two thousand crore only channels.

The effect of this is that for the first time Indian news channels are running the same channel in discussion on different issues instead of the grand reporting of government policies. The situation has worsened to the extent that the top channels of Hindi are told on the basis of the report of the monitoring team of the government on which issues they should discuss in the channels.

Every door opens for the one who is friendly to the government. Prime Minister Modi himself never held a press conference in four years. But the eight interviews that were given, were given to the same news channel or newspapers that should not question the counter. Four TV interviews are the same four channels which are engaged in promoting them. And in the interview of the newspapers, the questions were made favorable to the answer. In which the journalist who took the interview was not even named. The name of the team of the newspaper was.

Bastar Diary Part-2: ‘One day I will be hit by one such bullet’

At six o’clock in the morning we proceeded from this village. I could only see the real beauty of Dandakaranya. Dense green forest and inter-tribal paddy fields. This entire area looks like a tilism. As you proceed, you are introduced to new information. From the burrows built near the village, you get a sense that here many tribes have the tradition of burial rather than burning the dead. Many such tombs are also seen here, on which monuments have been made by placing big stones on them. Mainly people of Gond, Muria, Madia, Bhatra, Mahar, Dorla or Halba tribes live here. In most of these tribes, this tradition is now changing and many people have also started cremating the dead.

After walking 10-12 kilometers and crossing two rainy rivers with water up to the waist, we reached Gompad village at nine in the morning. Many people of this village have been killed in an encounter on August 6. This report can be read to know the reality of this encounter. There is anger among the people about the military forces in this village. Two years ago, a girl from this village- Madakam Hidme died in an alleged confrontation with the security forces. The villagers allege that the soldiers of the military force took him away from the house and then his corpse was recovered. He was raped and the entire body was mutilated along with his genitals. The investigation of this case is still pending today.

Despite the resentment of the state and the police, there is still a hope among the people. Due to this hope, people have not burnt the dead bodies of the six people of their village who were killed on August 6. His dead bodies are buried in the crest of the village. In the hope that there may be an impartial investigation, the chances of their re-postmortem remain. The same thing happened two years ago in the case of Hidme when his autopsy was done again on the High Court’s order. The tradition of burial has been there before in this village, but it was changed by the people of the village for the past several years. If this tradition is reintroduced, the main reason behind it is the expectation of justice and trust in the system.

A Day In Nulkatong

After Gompad village, we reached Nulkatong village. It took about eight kilometers to walk here. Many people of this village were also killed on August 6 and the alleged encounter took place near this village. Almost every person in the village says that the encounter was fake in which innocent villagers were killed. The people of the village who visited us had some pictures of the people killed, while some had their Aadhaar or ration card. A person had also picked up the kiosks of the bullets in his palms from which the villagers had died last week.

A person from the same crowd comes to us and returns quietly after grabbing some paper. These papers record the names of the people killed, parents’ names, ages and addresses. Also, there is a message in them that the CPI (Maoist) means Naxalites have issued. It has been told in this message that the encounter on August 6 was completely fake. Contrary to the police claim, the Naxalites have said that none of those killed was a member of Militia. Usually, whenever a Naxalite is killed, the CPI (Maoist) accepts that one of their companions has been killed. But in these leaflets, he has clarified that those killed were ordinary villagers, not his companions. This leaflet also mentions some other incidents in which military forces have been accused of exploitation and rape of villagers.

You do not find any such mark in these remote villages, to realize that the country has changed a lot in the last few hundred years, the steps of the so-called ‘development’ are not visible in this area. There is no school or hospital nor any other government office far and wide. Some primary schools were built here, but most schools were either demolished or burnt down in the Salwa-Judum campaign. There are many stories buried in every house here. In almost every house, one member has died due to bullet injuries. This bullet is sometimes of the military forces, sometimes of the people involved in Salwa-Judum and sometimes of the Naxalites. People who live so close to nature have very little natural death.

This entire area is a forest area, but officers / employees of the forest department never come here. The forest is entirely of tribals and tribal forests. Life here is the same today as it would have been a few hundred or thousand years ago. Many women here do not wear anything in the upper body even today and many such things are still used for daily routine which must have been invented in the village itself hundreds of years ago.

An interesting fact is that almost every family in these villages has a cow, but cow’s milk is not drunk here at all. Far from drinking, cow’s milk is not removed. He is left entirely to the calves. These tribals do eat beef and cow meat can be seen drying in many homes. For this, the meat is dried on a smoke so that the moisture in it is exhausted and the meat can be preserved for a long time.

Tomorrow is 15 August. The celebration of independence will be celebrated with pomp in the whole country. But most people in this part of the country are not even aware of the importance of this method. Everything here will continue as usual. It is also possible that a black flag will be hoisted in any of these villages tomorrow. Many times the people of the Chetna Natya Manch, the cultural wing of the Naxalites, come to the villages to do so. During this time plays of extremist leftist organizations are displayed. In these, talking about the rights of the original residents, an appeal is made against the government to register resistance.

Around five o’clock in the evening, we have left for the return from Nulkatong village. We have to walk about twenty kilometers to reach our car. Mars will remain with us halfway, after which he will return to his village. In return Mangal says, “My death will probably be like this too.” Someday I will be shot and a Naxalite will be killed. I am not scared anymore. In these villages, people die less by natural death and more after being shot. Where will we leave the village too? If you want to stay here and die here, then you will die in the same way as the villagers are slowly dying. ”

Mangal has studied in a city of Chhattisgarh up to tenth standard. He still comes to the city many times, which is considered unusual in this area. This is because as soon as the movement of a person starts moving from the village to the city, he goes on the target of both the police and the Naxalites. The police see him as an Naxalite messenger and the Naxalites use him as a police informer. But Mangal says that he is the only boy in the house. If you study a little and start working in the city, then maybe you can get out of this vicious cycle.

In the matter itself, Mangal says such a thing, which makes the hair stand on hearing. He tells that whenever the police kills people here, after the postmortem their bodies are wrapped in black bags and thrown eight-ten kilometers away from the village. From there people carry their mutilated bodies to the village by themselves and perform their last action. Mangal says, “When I lived in the city, sometimes my friends used to bring meats from the market. I told them never to carry meat in a black bag. I have seen so many bodies wrapped in black bags that now I feel disgusted upon seeing that bag and meat in it. ”

Arriving back to his car, it is already past nine thirty. In the last 26 hours, we have covered more than 55 kilometers on foot. Clothes and shoes have become wet due to rain and river crossing. As soon as you sit in a car, it looks as if there cannot be a comfortable place in the world. We have already driven the car back to Sukma that a police team has stopped us. “Who are you, where are you coming from, where did you go, why did you go, whom did you ask, whom did you tell, before you go, show your identity card, tell us your mobile number” Ask us all these questions at once. Were taken

Was He Really A Local Journalist?

A person is standing with the diary along with the police. He tells us that he is a local journalist and asks us questions which the police could not ask. For example, “What did the villagers tell you, what happened about the encounter, what report are you going to make, which villages you visited, whom you met, etc.”

When one of our colleagues asked these journalists who your editor is, they were not even aware of that. My source said that he was not a journalist but a man of police intelligence. The questions which the police cannot do with us, the questions we are not obliged to answer, those questions are asked through such journalists.

We were stopped at least three times in return and the same questions were asked again and again. All our information was recorded. But we were happy that this all happened while returning. If it were on the way, it would have been very difficult for us to reach the villages. Yesterday, when we were going to these villages, the Naxalites had announced Sukma bandh. There were very few vehicles on the road and perhaps the military forces may not have expected any journalist to reach here tomorrow.

The police, military force and government officials being so vigilant about journalists raises many questions. If things are not being hidden and hidden at the level of government in Bastar, then why does the administration and administration remain so nervous due to the arrival of journalists? Why, after any such incident, an entire system is put in place only to ensure that the talk of the local people does not reach the national forums at all.

Bastar is going through a very dangerous phase. Everyday common Adivasis are being killed here and their discussion is nowhere. In the incident of August 6, 15 people were killed simultaneously, so this incident was included in the discussions. Many small incidents are happening here everyday and no one is going to pay attention to them. Sometimes the Naxalites are killing a person in the name of being informer, sometimes the soldiers of the military forces are being targeted and sometimes the common tribals are being killed in this battle. Those who are daring to write continuously on this issue, the police are sending them to jail by implicating them in many types of cases. But the most sad thing is that at the national level, Bastar’s plight is not a matter of discussion anywhere.

The names of those who died on 6 August were Adama, Aita, Hyunga, Hidma, Mukha, Bamoon etc. If the names of the dead were Rahul, Ravi, Nikhil, Pradeep, Sanjay, etc. in their place, would this issue still be suppressed at the national level? Mainstream society is so disconnected from tribal traditions and culture that what is happening to them does not have any sentiments of the society. In the tribal areas, the news of death comes only as a number and ends up being recorded in the figures. Within the red line, an entire society, an entire culture is slowly dying and we do not even know it.

Families of policemen trapped deep in the ‘valley’ of disputes

Policemen of Jammu and Kashmir have appealed to their high officials not to disturb the local residents and families of militants in Kashmir. This appeal from the police came after the abduction of 11 people. All 11 people were relatives of Jammu and Kashmir policemen.

Constable Shabir Ahmad Jargar told Newslaundry, “I appeal to the higher officials (key officials) that the government machinery should stop harassing the Kashmiri people and the families of the militants because when we go back to our villages, the conditions are extremely bad for us.” Goes bad. ” The militants abducted Shabir at around 9 pm on Thursday, but soon released him.

“They (militants) were around 10 to 20 people. All were suffering from fatigue. However, four of them spoke to me. They repeatedly said that I should inform the higher officials that they will give the families of the militants and the local Do not target the residents. I told them that I am just a constable and I do not have access to high officials, “Shabir told Newslaundry.

Shabeer has been in the Jammu and Kashmir Police Department since the year 2011 and posted in Budgam district. He was kidnapped from his home in Kangan in Pulwama district. Shabir is on medical leave after hernia treatment. His younger brother is also in the police department.

“They did not torture or beat me, but I was only concerned about my family. It is a pleasant feeling to be in the midst of my family members. The news is that the militants have kidnapped some more people, hopefully I wish he would be released soon, ”said Shabir.

11 people were kidnapped from South Kashmir by suspected militants, all of whom are relatives of policemen.

A high official of the CID wing of the Jammu and Kashmir Police Department identified those who were kidnapped. Those who were kidnapped include Tral in Pulwama district, Nasir Aslam from Pinglish, nephew of deputy SP – Adnan Shah, Asif Ahmed, son of policeman Rafiq Ahmed Rather, Nasir Ahmed, son of policeman Ghulam Hassan from Midura Tral, Katpora, Kulgam Gauhar Ahmed, brother of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Zubair Ahmed, son of a policeman of Arvani in Kulgam district, of a policeman from Kharpora in Kulgam district Son Faizan Ahmed, son of a policeman of Yeripora in Kulgam district, Sameer Ahmed Rather and brother of Arvani’s policeman, Arif Ahmed.

Hizb-ul-Mujahideen’s Kashmir operations commander, Riyaz Ahmad Naiku, who also operates a Twitter handle, and is believed to be operating from across the border, gave stern warnings to Jammu and Kashmir police personnel . He wrote, “The police forced us to adopt a tit-for-tat strategy. No one will be spared and the one who wants to stay alive should leave the job or else be ready for a terrible death.”

The official said that 34 police personnel and 130 militants have been killed in the valley since 2018.

Long-term results

In the eyes of ordinary Kashmiris, the Jammu Kashmir Police Force is seen as an ‘ally’ of India. Along with this, it is also a main source of livelihood for many policemen. The policemen who take part in the campaign against the militants are considered to be the news, therefore there is no one to cry for them as they are believed to be doing ‘dirty work’.

Analysts believe that since the Hizb poster boy Burhan Wani said in a video that the families of police personnel will not be targeted, the face of insurgency has changed since then.

Gauhar Geelani, a Kashmir political reviewer, says, “It seems that the militant leadership in South Kashmir started targeting families of local police forces to avenge the alleged harassment, arrest and victimization of some members of the militant’s families.” “If this continues, it can have far-reaching consequences.”

Another trend has been noticed in recent times in South Kashmir that most of the highly placed police officers in the police department here are not native to the state. Since they are all highly placed officers, adequate security arrangements have been made for their security and the risk of their life and property is also low. SP Operation Anantnag, SSP Kulgam (previously local but now live outside the state), SSP Shopian, SSP Pulwama, DIG South Kashmir, SP Avantipora Zahid, all come from outside the state and are likely to face public anger Is less or can happen only when they go home to visit their families on holidays.

The anger of the militants is being targeted by the staff or constables posted in the lower posts. Even the top officials of Jammu and Kashmir Police, DGP and IGP are from outside the state.

A highly placed officer posted in the security grid told Newslaundry that there is no understanding in the command chain inside the department.

“When the DGP tweets ‘very good soldiers’, the result is that lower level officers have to suffer. Senior officers should understand what the ground reality really is and what is happening there. Whatever the high-ranking officials think Or do it directly affect the officers present there. What is the ground reality and the decisions taken by them affect the officers present in the public, “A. Police officer said on condition of anonymity right.

Explaining how in the valley

संबंध Mutual relations between the police and the public deteriorated, an official said, “when former Chief Minister Mufti Muhammad Saeed disbanded the Special Task Force (a force designed to deal with militants) in 2003-2004 and was replaced by the main police force. When combined with law, the gap between law and order, policing and extremism is over. ”

According to the police officer, the relationship between the public and the Jammu and Kashmir police started to deteriorate from here.

He said that the distrust between the public and the police department originally started from here and the violent movements of 2008, 2010 and 2016 worsened the relationship between the police and the general public.

He says, “Until a political solution is reached here, then the Kashmir Police, then leave no police force in the world can do things better in Kashmir. Political solution became very important for Kashmir, especially for the youth. is.”

How did it all start?

The kidnappings began ever since government forces killed an A ++ terrorist, Altaf Ahmed Dar alias Altaf Kachroo and his accomplice, in the village Munivard of Anantnag district in south Kashmir. In retaliation for Altaf being killed, militants killed four police personnel near the fruit market in Bongam in Shopian district. These police personnel were part of the deputy superintendent’s escort.

The four slain policemen were identified as Constable Javed Ahmed Bhatt of Panjenara-HMT Srinagar, Constable Mohammad Iqbal Mir of Baramulla, Constable Ishfaq Ahmed Mir of Sheikhupura Baramulla and Adil Manzoor Bhatt, SPO of Javura, Shopian.

In retaliation, security forces conducted raids in the night and arrested Asadullah Naiku, father of Hizbul Mujahideen commander Riyaz Naiku from Avantipura area of Pulwama district. Apart from Asadulla Naiku, 18 youths were also arrested from different areas of Pulwama district.

Government forces also allegedly set fire to two houses in two villages of Amshipora and Nazneempora in Shopian district on Wednesday night. Both houses belonged to two militants. Amashipora’s house belonged to Shah Jahan who was associated with Jaish-e-Muhammad and Naznimpora’s house was of Saeed Naveed who was associated with Hizbul Mujahideen.

Naveed was a policeman before joining the terrorist organization. He was posted at the Food Corporation of India warehouse in Budgam district. He escaped with four rifles and joined the terrorist organization.

Superintendent of Police of Shopian district, Sandeep Chaudhary, told Newslaundry that the police are investigating the case, telling about the burning of the houses of both the terrorists. “We have received reports of burning two houses in two districts. We are investigating in both the cases. Only after investigation will it come out what really happened on Wednesday night.”

A senior officer of the CID wing of the Jammu and Kashmir Police Department told Newslaundry that the kidnappers were abducted in retaliation for burning the houses of militants in Shopian district.

Eight relatives of the personnel of the Jammu and Kashmir Police Force were abducted after burning the terrorists’ houses. A cycle of harassment, arrest and kidnapping will be completed.

Meanwhile, former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti tweeted: “Police and army set fire to houses of at least three terrorists in South Kashmir after four policemen were killed in Shopian. This triggered a series of protests , Which led to a civil war like situation in Kashmir, on one side of which there are local militants and on the other, local policemen. “

Najeeb Ahmed: Not on this morning

On Tuesday, CBI lawyer Nikhil Goyal informed the Delhi High Court that ‘CBI is now going to file a closure report in the case of Najeeb Ahmed’s disappearance’. The country’s largest investigative agency has now raised its hands after trying every wager.

JNU student Najeeb Ahmed is about to complete two years of missing. During this time, from the ‘Special Investigation Team’ of Delhi Police to the country’s largest investigative agency – CBI, they investigated their disappearance, but no one got a clue of it. Now the CBI has made up its mind to close the case completely.

Nikhil Goyal also said in the court, “We have decided to file a report under Section 169 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in this case. (Section 169 means to absolve the accused for lack of evidence). We have completed our investigation. We do not want to file a closure report in the lower court without informing this court. The court today resolves this petition so that we can file a closure report in the lower court. ”

Advocate Colin Gonsalvis, who is representing Najeeb’s mother in this case, has opposed the CBI’s decision. He has alleged that the CBI is working to save the accused as all the accused are associated with ‘Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad’. He said, “The CBI has failed to conduct a fair and impartial inquiry into the matter.” If there was no pressure then why did the CBI not interrogate the accused even once in custody? ”

The case of Najeeb’s disappearance has now become a mystery. All the investigating agencies of the country have failed to solve this mystery. Those close to Najeeb have been continuously alleging that all these agencies never worked honestly to find Najeeb. In the case of Najeeb’s disappearance, there have been many ups and downs during the last two years.

The people associated with the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad were accused in the case from the beginning, but due to the negligence of the police and the media, during these two years, Najeeb himself was also accused of many baseless feet. Sometimes Najeeb was described as a mental patient, sometimes he was told that he has not gone missing, but has joined the terrorist organization IS. All these allegations were baseless but they were repeated so many times that a section of the country has started believing in this as well.

Occurrence Of The Events

October 15, 2016:

Najeeb Ahmed, a student from Aligarh University who came to Jawaharlal Nehru University in Delhi, suddenly disappeared from the university on this day. 27-year-old Najeeb enrolled in JNU’s MSc course a few weeks ago. The day Najeeb went missing, he had a clash with some ABVP students in his hostel Mahi-Mandvi the previous night. Najeeb went missing since then.

Najeeb’s friends and his mother alleged that Najeeb had been made missing by the people associated with the student council. On this basis, Delhi Police registered an FIR in this case and a total of 9 people were charged in this case. The Delhi Police also announced a reward of 50 thousand rupees to the person who gave the information to Najib.

November 2016:

Delhi Police claimed that Najeeb was a victim of depression and was mentally ill. However, Najib’s family and friends rejected the police claim and said that the police are making such misleading claims to hide their failure.

15 November 2016:

Delhi Police also claimed that they have found the auto driver who took Najeeb out of JNU on 15 October. The police quoted the auto driver as saying that Najib had left JNU and went to Jamia Millia Islamia University that day. The message was conveyed by the police statement that Najeeb had left JNU at his own will. But later on when this investigation was handed over to the CBI, it was revealed that the police had given a false statement to the auto driver.

25 November 2016:

Najeeb’s mother reached Delhi High Court. He appealed to the court to direct the Delhi Police that Najeeb should be searched as soon as possible. He also alleged that Delhi Police is negligent in this case. There were many demonstrations during this time at the JNU campus too. From students to teachers, the vice-chancellor accused the university administration of not taking appropriate action in the matter.

November 2016:

A Provincial Committee of JNU found in its investigation that some students belonging to ‘Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad’ had assaulted Najib on the intervening night of 14-15 October. While issuing show cause notices to these students, the committee had asked why punitive action should not be taken against them.

December 2016:

About six hundred Delhi Police personnel simultaneously scrutinized the JNU campus. In this action also, the police did not get any information about Najeeb.

March 2017:

Delhi Police demanded a ‘lie detector test’ of all the accused in the case. The accused opposed this and their counsel said in the lower court that no such provision exists in the law under which magistrates can force the accused to undergo ‘lie detector test’.

16 May 2017:

Delhi Police failed to get any information about Najeeb and hence Delhi High Court handed over the investigation to the CBI.

June 2017:

The CBI announced a reward of ten lakh rupees to those giving information about Najeeb. This amount was initially kept 50 thousand. Later it was increased to one lakh first, then two lakh, then five lakh and finally ten lakh.

16 October 2017:

The Delhi High Court reprimanded the CBI for being negligent in this case. By the court

It also said that it does not appear that she is interested in finding Najeeb after seeing the CBI’s action.

December 2017:

Najeeb’s mother told the Delhi High Court that the CBI is not questioning the accused as they should have done. He also said that the police had threatened the witnesses in this case, even in this direction, the CBI is not investigating.

February 2018:

Some media institutions have reported that Najeeb has not disappeared, but he has joined the terrorist organization IS on his own will. This news was completely fake but it started being repeated on social media. BJP general secretary Ram Madhav, MP Swapan Dasgupta, BJP spokesperson Nalin Kohli also shared this false news on social media. Najeeb’s mother also filed a defamation case on several media institutions for spreading such false news.

February 2018:

The Delhi High Court directed the lab based in Chandigarh for forensic examination of the mobile phones of all the accused in the case. The court also questioned why so much time is being taken in this investigation.

May 11, 2018:

The CBI told the court that they had not found any such evidence, on the basis of which it could be said that there was a crime with Najib. The CBI also presented a forensic report of the mobile of all the accused to confirm this. The CBI argued that nothing has been found in this report that is related to the disappearance of Najeeb.

4 September 2018:

The CBI told the Delhi High Court that it was going to take a decision to close the case. CBI said that they have investigated all aspects of this case and now nothing is left for investigation in this case.

Hindi, our Hindi

Our Hindi, in which everyone now sees only the problems of others, no one sees their problem and in which no one sleeps hungry, no one is mad, no one commits suicide! These lines, which will continue to grow in the same way, also have the problem of others, not their own. In the light of this beginning, the biggest problem is that the sense of guilt in Hindi has reduced, and the allegations and the accused have increased.

The brightest sounds of Hindi times are now suspicious, they have no survivor. The monks of the journalism and literature of Hindi – the geniuses who used to hover around them – are almost finished now. Some of them have managed their memory, they are remembered once or twice a year, people have forgotten or are forgetting the rest. His voice has now dimmed or stopped or changed. In many cases, this has not happened by itself, contemporary political adverbs are active behind it.

But the voices in Hindi still arise. She stems from this inevitable helplessness that nothing can be done anymore, except to raise her voice. She takes inspiration from the fact that after all, whenever something has changed, it has been changed by raising voice. She decides her side and appears standing with the man, recognizing the color of blood.

In spite of all this, the most useful thing in Hindi is still to get close to the Shakti Kendras and open a small shop, 24×7:

“Those who have great means, beautiful golden day and night

Secluded and proper boredom

Variety of kill and kill capabilities

Many of them show interest in poetry every now and then.

Even if it is in Hindi ”

From the year 2002 till today, the central problem of the Hindi intellectual class is Narendra Modi. Nobody has anything else to do. Even if there are some irreconcilable literary controversies, Hindi could not make itself Modi-free even for a moment. While it is unfortunate that even the dictators have been desirous of writing poetry:

“While doing Rajdharma

When the rulers are oriented towards poetry

Poets choose their safe poems

In the mist of qissim

Of a dying life

Seek refuge in search of shadows

Of wet love, of sad ghats

Sliding away

Questions of morality, dreams of change

Impulse Veins

In this scene itself, some controversies related to Hindi literary magazines came to light. In this connection, some such reaction was born in the immediate facilities of publishing itself, in which books and magazines are exhausted and all knowledge is reduced to 5-6 inch screen. The market has come to know this, but not going through the market. Its conclusion is that as soon as such disputes occur, a reader-class (?) Completely away from the literary books and magazines starts to be found saying that these are tricks to sell the magazine by spreading sensation. This is that society of Hindi, from which questions have arisen about Hindi intellectuals moving away.

This deceptive society is unable to see that when the magazine of ‘India Today’ is not able to put a check on its declining circulation, despite conducting sex-surveys for several years continuously, the number of gullible-muddy- The literary journals like ‘Pakhi’, printed on blurred pages, filled with proof and uncountable mistakes of facts, leave leisure and freedom to creativity, with the crutch Ni will be able to go away? After 15 years, the situation of the India Anniversary literature year last year is no longer hidden from anyone.

The living world of Hindi writers writes for free in the Hindi literary journals mentioned above and gets the magazine at their address as long as it is alive. For the upliftment of Hindi, these addresses need to be mailless first. Allow us to say on the occasion of Hindi Day that some basic things are missing here.

In this context, take a look at our anti-literature editors and journalists working in big media houses, who often have the passion to become a Hindi writer. The discourses that he sometimes mentions to show himself to be committed and progressive were started with centrality by Hans, a literary monthly magazine, about 30 years ago – the editor was Rajendra Yadav. ‘Hans’ was also printed on bewildering pages, but his debates and content were so provocative at the level of thought, that he created a generation, about which it can now be said of Hindi The last is the literary generation. The world of reading and writing in Hindi is now established. Whatever glitter looks in the name of Hindi, it looks as if the fuse bulbs have been filled with colored water and hung from the body for decoration! [Genre Sincerely: Dhumil] In the name of New Hindi, the black musahibs of the East India Company are jumping around:

“Hanging artistic scenes between language and suffering

Sparkling smiles in place of denial

A lot of poems like this, etc.

Seeing their unique Hindus

I was sad to say

In your speech about the absurd times

So carried out ”

Now all the arguments are something else. Keep in mind the past and present of the sponsored ‘World Hindi Conference’ through the state:

“Tilt the head often with the impression of the losers

Badran in saree

No matter how useless Hindi is

You have to do the cheering here, after all ”

Now whatever is beautiful and committed in Hindi, it is marginalized. Expressing the details of what the state authorities have done to Hindi in this century and what is happening / happening in private hands is to invite an obscenity repeating itself, so stop these details right here Should be given, because:

“Interesting are the many details after that.

Which make the poet interesting

But not poetry

In gray democracy

After me, one of them is a Hindi lover

Do not send flowers and messages in the desert

I should try this for my Hindi. “
